Here at North Manchester Fitness we offer a Walk to Run group aimed at complete beginners to advanced. Walkers/Runner & Pram Pushers. Classes range from gentle walks for people with health concerns, to workout walks, which are a great way to improve fitness, lose weight and tone the whole body.
Want to train for 5k or 10k then this is the session for you! The session is lead by qualified Run Leaders as well as support from other experienced runners and Walkers.
