A walk in the countrypark around the off road paths, lake and alongside the old disused canal. Can be muddy in places. Health walks are free local walks designed to help people become more active. They offer a safe, relaxed and sociable environment in which to walk. Each walk is led by trained volunteers and are up to an hour in length, with some walks offering a 30min option if you would like a shorter walk. Health walks are perfect for those who would like to become more active or perhaps lack the confidence and knowledge about where to walk. This walk is arranged by the Active Lifestyles team at Salford Community Leisure – for more information see https://www.salfordcommunityleisure.co.uk/lifestyles/active-lifestyles.
