The weekly walks are between one and three miles long and some of the longer walks have cut-offs. The walks can be taken at your own pace and are ideal for people who are not used to taking regular exercise. Each walk will be led by a qualified walk leader. This walk is arranged by Tameside Health Walks, for more information see https://www.walkingforhealth.org.uk/walkfinder/north-west/tameside-health-walks.
